Purchased, scraped, leaked or unlawfully obtained phone-number databases must not be used for messaging.

* Phishing
* Fraud
* Scam messages
* Fake financial schemes
* Identity impersonation
* Malware distribution
* Credential theft
* Harassment
* Threats
* Illegal products or services
* Deceptive advertisements
* Unlawful gambling or betting-related communication where prohibited
* Messages designed to evade telecom or regulatory controls
* Any activity prohibited under applicable law
## 4. Sender Responsibility
The user is solely responsible for:
* Message content
* Recipient lists
* Recipient permissions
* Sender identity
* Campaign purpose
* Compliance with applicable messaging rules
## 5. Monitoring and Enforcement
We may monitor service usage for security, fraud prevention, abuse detection and compliance purposes.
If we reasonably suspect misuse, we may:
* Block messages
* Suspend campaigns
* Restrict account functionality
* Suspend or terminate accounts
* Cooperate with lawful requests from authorities
## 6. Reporting Abuse
If you receive an abusive, fraudulent or unauthorized communication that appears to have been sent through our services, please report it to:
